At Loch Lomond Distillery, we take great pride in the quality of our spirits; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and undamaged items. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the unopened bottle in its original protective transit packaging to ensure it arrives back at our distillery safely.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
